NOTICE REGARDING FEES INCREASE 2023

The Executive committee has endorsed a new fee structure which is detailed below. In addition, as in the previous year, the billing cycle will continue over a 11 month period starting from 1st January 2023 and the last payment on the 1st November 2023, this only applies if payments are made on time.

The Executive committee has set the basic fee increase for 2023 at 10%.

The following issues were taken into account in arriving at this figure.

• The comprehensive school budget for 2023
• The present and future trend in our student numbers.
• The need to remain competitive not only in our costing structure, but in our offering too
• The rising food cost, maintenance to the building and continuous purchasing of apparatus
  to make sure that the children are stimulated in a proper manner.
• Our constant drive to improve our staff salaries, who effortless commit their undivided attention
  to the little ones.

There are obviously a number of other factors which were discussed in arriving at an annual increase figure, which we feel that we cannot burden you with all the detail, but we would like you to know that the budgeting process is extensive and considers many different variables in its compilation.

Covid 19 has also played a big part in our lives over the two years, the school has lost quite a number of children due to parents losing their jobs and also working from home, so the increase was inevitable.
